The Kelly group was fantastic from the beginning providing us with up to date information during the entire process. The whole process went pretty smoothly from the prequalification through the loan documentation, appraisal, approval and closing. Communications and process steps were timely and supportive. My only disappointment was that the initiation of pursuing the va loan over the conventional loan came from me as opposed to your team indicating that it was the best choice for me.
