I actually had gotten a better rate with another lender, but my application with Cornerstone was further along, and the rate had already been locked, so I felt committed. But it was only after I spoke to another lender, that I got even a competitive rate from Cornerstone.

They made the process as painless as possible, especially considering my previous bankruptcy.
