I was a resident on Magnolia wing February to end of April and I came home a different person. Jamie and Bryson worked with me with non-weight bearing issues and since coming home I can stand for a short time! I know I’m going to walk thanks to these great guys! The nursing staff was superior than I could have imagined. They took care of me and my needs tirelessly. The resident Dr. Roy was kind and caring. I will be forever greatfull to everyone there! I especially was happy to share the extensive books available to residents! They filled my quiet time endlessly. I will be forever indebted to you all! Donna Talmud 104b

My time at Cadia at Pike Creek came to a close on Tuesday, 11/9/21, and I was able to go home. I went from Christiana Hospital, after being there 4 weeks and I was sent to Cadia for rehab on August 24, 2021. I was in bad shape when I arrived at Cadia. But, with the excellent PT/OT team there especially (Nate, Tayler, Carolyn, Mark and Tara) they slowly worked with me everyday to finally get be up out of bed. They were an excellent rehab team. They were very patient with me and they always had a smile to give me. I loved them and with their excellent work, I was able to get better and better every day. They taught me to concentrate and Focus, something that was very hard for me. I truly looked forward to seeing them every day (especially Nate and Tayler). They were the best rehab team you could ask for. In fact all of the rehab teams) were excellent and a joy to work with. I never met a rehab group so delightful. Cadia has the best and I thank you all for helping me. The Nurses, CNA’s and Aides were excellent in every way. They always cheered me up and I loved them. The ones I worked closely with (Wayne, Mona, SheShe, Dinia, Kristin, Marlise, Mariana, Philip, Lena, Aigner & Mike and David, from Housekeeping, and many more that I left out) were the best of the best. The Staff team in the front office always got me to doctor appointments on time and had the Gem transport there to pick me up on time and answered my questions. There's no place like home but sometimes our loved ones need more than we can provide at home. That is what Cadia Pike Creek did for us. Our mother was in need of rehab and pain management. The Cadia staff supported her through her rehab with compassion and kindness. They were very communicative and kept us informed of her needs and progress. Thank you to the administration, nursing staff, therapists and rehab team, nutrition team, custodial and maintenance teams. I would not hesitate to recommend Cadia Pike Creek to family and friends.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I love Cadia Rehabilitation Broadmeadow. My mom was there for six to eight weeks. She loved it. The food was phenomenal. Everything was phenomenal. It was amazing, it's top-notch, and it's a five-star place, but the insurance won't cover it. However, the place was perfect. Doctors, nurses, and therapists, everybody was on point. The room that she got there was beautiful. She was private at the time because it was COVID, and they wouldn't let anybody around at the time. Everything was perfect. The facility is beautiful.

Many thanks to Cadia Renaissance / Millsboro, DE for the great care provided to my 92 year old Mom. The staff, medical and social services were all excellent. Loving care and patience was the hallmark of the Millsboro team. Their superb communication with the family as issues developed kept us fully appraised of my mother's condition, during the earlier difficult COVID visitation restrictions. Special thanks to Barbara and Shelly, plus all the other caring medical, nursing, PT and other staff members for their attentive support. My Mom has now moved to another facility closer to family, and the Cadia team was very supportive in helping to arrange and execute the transfer. My Mother was in poor mental and physical health when she was admitted to Cadia, earlier this year, but departed there comfortably and in very much improved medical condition. I highly recommend Cadia Renaissance for advanced nursing / health and memory care services.

I would highly recommend Cadia Silverside - as an employee and also as someone who may need these services someday. As an older individual I have found a home working part time at Cadia and have been welcomed as a member of the team. Having spent 50 years in healthcare I have a pretty keen sense of what is positive and appropriate in a healthcare setting and it is happening every day at Cadia Silverside. The staff here from Administrator to housekeepers are all focused on patient care. I have witnessed numerous scenes of staff going the extra mile to make a resident feel more comfortable and peaceful. Do we sometimes stumble, of course, but we try even harder when we need to make it right. I would recommend Cadia Silverside to family and friends for care and to nurses, aides and all as a potential employer. You won’t regret it!!
