The contractor and crew were efficient and professional in installing a lot of windows. They were in and out as quickly as possible, while also cleaning up after themselves. They were great and willing to answer any questions that I may have had during the whole process.
The salesman came to talk to us, he was told that there will NOT be 3hr. presentation. He was in and out in an half an hour. Price was good. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with new Windows.

They came and did a great job. Answered any questions or concerns about the process. Did not leave a big mess and the price was great. I plan to have the rest of my windows done by them in the near future.

First off I never give any company a "5" out of "5" Just because. The salesman that came to the house was very courteous, and knew all what he was talking about. I did have other estimates and chose to go with Install America. They had a cancellation one day so we were able to get our new windows earlier than expected. It only took them approx. 4 hours to install 8 windows. Only problem I found with this company is I think communication between the entire crew was, the project mgr. came out to double check things and we were... read more
