Look no further This was my first visit to Mercer/Sydell and it was for a cleaning. My hygienist (Felicia) did a very thorough and comprehensive cleaning, answered all my questions and was very friendly. Dr. Sydell did a further evaluation of my needs, explained everything clearly and inspired a great deal of confidence and trust in me of him. I look forward to a very long relationship with Mercer/Sydell.
Excellent first visit From the initial phone call to set up an appointment, throughout the entire process, this was a very positive experience. I have had the same dental care for over 35 years and moving to a new area has had lots of issues I had honestly not thought through. This office made things easy. I've had all very good experiences at Mercer and Sydell. Robin at the front desk is helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful! My dental hygienist Brandi is the best! My teeth have never been so thoroughly cleaned and she is always careful to make sure I'm comfortable. Brandi is very educated and I think she makes the dentist's job easier! Dr. Sydell is not only a dentist, but an artist. I had to get a couple crowns and they are just beautiful. I'm super happy with how my smile is looking these days. Oh! and NO PAIN! Really good experience First visit to dental office since we just moved here. My first contact was via phone to Robin. She had my paperwork that I filled out prior and had already received my films from a former dentist. Then my teeth cleaning performed by Rosemarie was as pleasant as can be expected especially since I needed ultrasound cleaning. I missed my last cleaning due to moving here to Sussex County.
