From start to finish the staff was first class all of the way. My dental hygenist, April was so nice and communicated all of the happenings of the procedures as we moved along. April is a real professional, the best I have come across. I will be asking for her again. Dr. Andy Mercer gave me an excellent update on my x-rays, required work to be done, and all of the options for the work that needed to be done. He is a superstar dentist. I am actually looking forward to seeing the Pro's at Mercer Dental Associates again.
I was a patient of Dr. Thomas W. Mercer DMD for over 27 years (approx. since the age of 5 years). Credit is due to Dr. Mercer for the health and appearance of my smile. I had a one hour cleaning and two hour crown replacement and the three hours went by without any discomfort.
My Experience has always been great as far as the dentist and hygentist. The front office staff seem a bit rude do not greet welland just are not warm and friendly, a shame since they are your first point of contact. An issue that needs to be addressed.
