My parents paid them for estate services and to prepare their wills and legal documents several years ago. We worked with Elaine Brooks who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My family and I were initially very pleased with the care and service provided by this firm. Recently it has come to our attention that some of the legal processing of the estate was not completed correctly. They have promised corrective action on multiple occasions to meet an impending deadline, but have failed to deliver. This just does not seem to be the same efficient firm we brought our business to years ago.
