My parents paid them for estate services and to prepare their wills and legal documents several years ago. We worked with Elaine Brooks who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She assured us at that time, that they would be there for us to help with anything we needed when one of my parents passed away. Fast forward to this morning. My father passed away a few weeks ago. My family and I were initially very pleased with the care and service provided by this firm. Recently it has come to our attention that some of the legal processing of the estate was not completed correctly. They have promised corrective action on multiple occasions to meet an impending deadline, but have failed to deliver. This just does not seem to be the same efficient firm we brought our business to years ago.

I have had a very unfortunate experience with this firm. My uncle has been a client of the firm for almost 20 years. He is in the process of getting his trust and other financial documents updated. When I made an appointment for him to do this, he was assigned to a very junior associate. This associate was rude, as well as incompetent.
