Apparently this establishment is very anti-children. The staff, including the receptionist to the Dr, are incredibly unprofessional and rude. My 6 year old niece is, was, a patient here for an allergic reaction that caused her to be hospitalized. Her pediatrician referred her here to find out the cause of the reaction, and the Dr blew her off and said she was probably just being dramatic! Excuse me! I've been seeing Dr. Schenkel for 39 years! Over that time any issues that came up with my asthma was always resolved. He never rushes the appointment, takes as much time as needed.
Last last 2 times I showed up they were closed with a sign on their door. Each time a different week. The next time a called the main office answered, and asked if their second location was opened and giving allergy injections until 12:30 pm. The reception said yes. I arrived for my injection and was told they had closed. It was 12:10pm! This is ridiculous!!! Everyones time should be valued. They are very nice. They get you in and out and make sure you have a clear understanding of everything they do. I love the staff.
We’ve been patients of Dr Kalenian for 18 years. He has always given us his very best. He has helped work through difficult diagnoses/treatment plans and always done it with professionalism, kindness and consideration. After his wife joined his practice, she has always done the same. They are competent and compassionate medical professionals.

Please know that when something is told behind closed doors in confidence and you then step out in the hall and talk about the patient they can hear you. I have never been so embarrassed and I have called the referring doctor to let them know how horrible my experience was. You should look into better sound proofing rooms so I myself and other patients cant hear you talk about them in the hall. Thanks.
