Our visits, help and attention that we have received by Dr. Kumar and his staff has been superb with both of our kids. He takes time with us. The follow up emails are sooo helpful! I wish all doctors and specialists took this kind of care.

Dr.Eades made sure that I was aware of my exact allergies and did a thorough exam to make sure we didn't miss any! We have PCS'd to Fort Bragg but I definitely refer to Dr. Eades if anyone in the Savannah area needs to get their allergies checked out! Great office staff! Very friendly and welcoming!

Staff is not competent and rude. Nurses are too busy to consult with patients and doctors treat you like a number not a person. It takes months to get an appointment and when you do you wait for hours in the waiting room. And forget trying to get a call back from someone. The untrained office personnel take and screen their calls. All they can do is schedule an appointment and hang the phone up on you when you request more. I reported them to the BBB. Billing is the issue. Payments misapplied to other people, being re-billed continuously for things we've already paid. The billing line just hangs up after hours on hold each time you call. The office staff say it's not their problem because they outsource billing... After 10+ hours of hold time and calls, I still don't have a resolution for the first appointment. We haven't even received a bill for the follow up visit and I'm terrified it'll all start over again.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Dr. Chen was rude, hounded us saying the test wouldn't do anything for our daughter since she wasn't already exposed to peanuts which she has a family history of severe reactions to. He advised instead of testing we "go to a Starbucks by a hospital and feed her peanut butter there then if anything happens you can take her to the er. Watch for her lips to turn blue or a rash to start. You can tell her throat is closing by her sounding funny or talking less" she's 7 months old and doesn't tal... read more

Very caring professional nurses and Dr. They treat me for MCAS which a lot of physicians do not understand.
