The movers themselves were hardworking and courteous, we appreciate their efforts. The company itself - ZERO STARS. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They called me the day before claiming that the job (booked and confirmed months in advance) was now too big and not enough time - trying to tack on more money. Horrible to do that to people when they’re relying on your services for a move! Also the price quoted was not what I was charged, even though it took WAY less time. I had a confirmed contract with them with a deposit to posted on my credit card posted in April for a move today Friday July 15 with a start at 830am. Correira Brother’s moving company is terrible. I do not recommend them. They were very rough and tried to move to fast. They damaged multiple pieces of my mother-in-law‘s furniture. They also shattered her grandfather clock and refused to cover the cost to fix it. My husband and I watched the mover put his hand through the glass. The women Carmen handling the claim for this piece was EXTREMELY rude and concocted a completely implausible explanation as to how it broke even though we saw it happen. The movers themselves were great. Quick and efficient. This review is for the poor management practices and damage claims. They broke our vanity desk during the move and when I submitted a claim it took them 4 months to get back to me. Only to find out that they didnt cover it. The agent Candace was so condescending and told me "that type of cheap furniture from Walmart or Ikea doesn't hold up" and it's written in the terms and conditions and that I should have read it better before signing it. It actually astonishes me how many good reviews there are on this site. Our quote was way off. We have broken parts to our couch, a dining room table that they broke the legs off of and then said they didnt, told me it was all set and they stood the table on the unscrewed leg. They also broke my desk, hit several walls in the old house, ripped a screen door in my new house. They also left hardware to rebuild furniture in the old house which we had to go back and get to rebuild our crib and bed frames properly- and was still ... read more

Worst Moving company EVER!The movers were not the problem, the final bill and whoever runs this company is, I literally have a 2 bedroom apartment living room dining room two bedrooms and a gaming room for the kids, 2700$? I will be sharing this on every review and website that I can find, I can’t imagine how many people were shocked at the final bill from this company, a 2 bedroom 1000 square foot apartment should never be more then 1500, unless you go with these guys, save your money use a different moving company

I do not recommend Correira Brothers. I used them for a move from Portsmouth to Tiverton. They set up estimate to include the minimum with an hourly rate thereafter to milk the clock. When the 3 men arrived I had to spend the 20 mins explaining the concept of loading the truck by floor so unloading would be quick and simple. They just couldn’t grasp the concept. Worst company as a employee standpoint I worked for a month and they don’t care about employees what so ever that make up rules that never existed be4 jus very unprofessional an I’ve worked for mutilple company jus out right disrespectful don’t recommend using them what so ever

First, one of the men showed up without a mask after I discussed prior to arrival that we have someone who is immune compromised in the home. I gave him a mask and he put it on and then walked away and took it off and he didn't wear it the rest of the day. Also one of the workers decided to spend his time playing basketball after going into my garage and getting a basketball and playing (I have pictures).
