I ordered a part and did not receive a confirmation email and waited a week. Did not receive an email in that time so I ordered again. Received 2 of the same parts which the shipping charges cost more than the part $100 part, 114 on shipping charges twice. I called and I was told that I did receive a confirmation email. If I did why would I order the same part again. Now they are calling me an idiot..I am out 228 dollars U.S. money on shipping, around 300 Canadian for a 100 u.s. dollar part. I have made many purchases from Corvette Central in the past. My most recent order was for a "82" CE intake manifold gasket set. When it finally arrived the gasket had hardened and cracked, I made the installation with the aid of some high temp RTV. I called to ask for a replacement and was told I should have returned it. My customer needed his car and couldn't wait another month for the repair. I ordered a gasket set from another vendor and at my expense replaced it a second time. We warranty all our products for a year. If you receive a defective product we ask that you contact us right away so we are able to resolve the problem. I ordered a lighter for my C4 from your site 12 days ago. I left for a week-long trip, and just noticed that your confirmation email stated you did not have the item and had no idea when you would get it. Nowhere on your site was the item shown as out of stock! Pathetic.

Bought a clutch cross shaft the ends were supposed to be machined to .750 they were .745 the ball stud will not fit into the shaft. They want me to pay shipping back to them so they can fix their screw up. Also the end shaft seals were not cut to fit over the ball stud, very poor quality control! They lost a customer over a $5 shipping charge. Customer service is non existent.

Have been waiting for parts over 2weeks, delayed twice. Would have loved to use my car for the holiday weekend car show. This is not the first time this happened. Always a part missing from the kit I order which holds everything up. Very disappointed!
