I am not sure where the responsibility falls and I believe Corey did what he said he would do. However, the processors, underwriters and various departments were very challenging to work with. At one point I actually gave up. I want to be clear that this is not a reflection on Corey but more on the company and processes. From the choice of appraiser, to the insurance review department. I am not sure where to place the blame. Very frustrating. But we got it done and I think Corey was a large part of the reason it was.... read more
