I am from out of town and had lost a cap. I called 2 other dentists that were closer to where we were staying and they couldn’t work me in. Dr. Rachel was VERY thorough, professional and kind. It was an extremely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Cottonwood Creek Dental.
Always pleasant and they handle my insurance just fine which has been a challenge at other places. Am usually able to see the same hygienist each time which I appreciate greatly. All of the doctors are quite good.
Friendly, personable, and professional team. My experience from reception all the way through to billing and booking follow ups has always been 5 star. I've been with Cottonwood Creek for 20+ years and they've grown but never lost the personal touch. I would highly recommend!
Went in for an intro exam and cleaning and had an excellent experience all around. The lobby/waiting area had a nice and welcoming atmosphere and the staff up front were also very kind and helpful, and the dentist staff who saw me were very welcoming and professional. Definitely recommend.
I have an anxiety issue with dentistry. The invasiveness of it puts me into panic mode. The folks at Cottonwood were absolutely kind and understanding and not in a condescending way. My first attempt had my BP way too high to do the procedure. They graciously rescheduled and offered options to help me deal with my issue. I’ve just had it done and it was truly calming and easy. I’m very grateful for them.
