My hvac system was leaking water. The technician, Travis C. ,was very helpful and explained everything to me well. It was fixed quickly. Prior to that, Alex from the plumbing department did everything he could to investigate the issue. I was very impressed with both technicians.
Travis C just came to fix a problem with my furnace another company had found. But since it was recently installed, he suggested calling the company that installed it. Travis (who incedently been here before during install a year ago) remembered me and the problems we had after install. He found thw problem right off the bat with the scrubber and fixed it quickly. I very much appreciate his professionalism everytime.
Travis Cis so knowledgeable and courteous and I hope he is my technician in the future. It was short sweet and simple and was great to work with.
