The salesperson Margery helped me find the perfect carpet for my stairs and loft. She was knowledgeable about both carpet and installation. She was patient and courteous. The company was great about storing the carpet until I could get the house ready for installation as Covid intervened. The installers were on time and worked efficiently giving me choices and actually showing me how each choice would look. First time installed incorrectly but second time around they did a wonderful job. Installers even cleaned up after themselves!
