Our caring and expert staff make it their mission to create moments of joy each day for all who make CountryHouse their home. We provide free services to families such as a caregiver support group, educational opportunities to learn more about dementia and respite and short stay options.

The staff and directors have gone above and beyond with the transition of my dad to this facility. The residents are always friendly and they have adequate activities to keep them entertained daily. I feel relieved knowing he is in good hands everyday.

CountryHouse at Elkhorn looks like a country club and doesn't smell like a typical care center. Like the courtyard and activities. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

In an excellent facility with many excellent staff! Our loved one gets wonderful care.
Our Dad has lived at this wonderful community for 1 year. They provide outstanding, individualized care. We feel comfortable knowing our dad is entrusted to their caring hands. There is a sign posted in the community that is a place where friends become family and this is evident with our experience.
