Loving and kind staff, many activities each day, many, many activities for the residents! My mother loves it at the Country House!!
My husband has been at the Country House (Old Cheney) for almost 7 years. Throughout the 7 years my satisfaction rate has been between 90-95%. This includes the pandemic, staff shortages, staff turnover. There is something that is special about the hiring process at the Country House because consistently the caregivers are hard working, compassionate and knowledgeable. Being at the Country House has made this difficult journey easier.
My mom wasn't there very long but she had exceptional care and was loved very much!!! I knew she was in good hands when I wasn't there!!! My little granddaughter loved Miss Linsey and misses her!! All the staff treat your loved one like their family!!! Thank you!!!!
