The staff are well trained in handling dementia patients. They are patient and understanding, and adapt care to individual needs. Mom's room is always tidied and Mom is clean and dressed whenever I visit. The rooms are well lighted and there is a wonderful courtyard which is perfect for visiting on nice days. Couldn't be happier.
