Let me start off by saying that I would NOT, in a million years, recommend this place to anyone considering putting their loved one into a memory care community. Sure, the exterior and interior of the building is very appealing, but don't let that fool you. This place charges a lot and half the time, the resident doesn’t get the care they pay for. Recently moved our loved one out to a new facility (and cost less) and he is so much happier. No problems at all like he was having at Country House in Granite Bay. No more constant phone calls of incidents and the new facility knows how to work with people with dementia and Alzheimer’s unlike Country House.
