RecommendedAmazing staff, caring and empathetic. Those are traits you just can’t fake. Yesterday I had to take my 4 month old Great Pyrenees in, he wasn’t breathing right. We were not even patients there, they rushed him in and guided me through the toughest decision I have ever had to make. We will definitely become part of their family now. Dr. Sherck and her team were amazing from the first time I walked in, until I walked out.

I have a Doberman with social anxieties. I had been to several other local east side vets and none handled him well before Countryside. The staff here are great to help him be comfortable. They take their time, getting on his level and not pushing past his comfort level rather than rush in and just manhandle or muzzle him. The doctor and staff at both the clinic and resort truly care!
They took great care of my Cocoa this year, trying to find answers to his arthritic pain. Yesterday, they helped him cross the Rainbow Bridge with such compassion and consideration for me, my BF and his son to be there with Cocoa as he passed. Thank you, Dr. Kevin.
We have 2 dogs and a cat who are patients at Countryside, and we simply could not be happier! From scheduling appointments to follow up calls, everyone on the staff is friendly and caring and always takes the time to answer our questions and make our animals feel comfortable. We also strongly recommend the Paw Plan - so easy to stay on top of regular check ups this way!
I originally came to Countryside with a dog in the last stages of his life. They were so caring and compassionate. They gave me all the information I requested and supported my decisions. I have a new puppy now and I wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else. The front office staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. The Docs and the assistants are all great to work with. We found Countryside Clinic and Resort when we had an emergency about 3 years ago. Our rescue dog needed updated kennel cough and a place to stay while I was by my hubby's bedside. The staff at both the clinic and the resort have been awesome. Wiley gets do excited to go play at the resort he forgets he still has his human attached! That is a great sign that he love the place! his home away from home! 💗
Countryside has compassionate Doctors and staff. Their medical care surpasses anywhere that I have ever been. My babies are unafraid and love them too. They get excited to walk in!
