One thing that I would highly recommend or suggest is that CPM take time to remove any properties that have been rented out or sold from their online listings. Makes searching for a home easier for the prospective tenant seeking to relocate. Another suggestion. Please make an effort to contact those who leave messages. I've been looking for a new residence for the past 1.5months and it's getting more agonizing and frustrating as I get no return calls. Sabina and Lionel were both such a pleasure to work with they were very professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Ive worked with different property management companies before and Ive had the best experience with Countryside because of these two.
I have been with Countryside for about 6 months now. Lionel has been everything he promised he would be. I get reports twice a month and they are always on time. He answers the phone when I call and everything has been fantastic so far.
We owned our Fresno rental for 6 years and it was managed by Countryside the entire time. I never had a single issue or vacancy, secured above-market rate for my house, and they found me a buyer for my home at a very competitive price within a week of listing it. Astonishingly professional and an incredible find - wish we could clone them and move them into other markets with us!
Lionel is responsive and has excellent communication skills. I have enjoyed knowing that he is taking care of my property and the tenants. Thank you
