STAY AWAY. If you expect transparency or the right to get a second quote on your own property, look elsewhere. When I questioned their handling of an issue and asked for management's email, Jason Alves refused to provide it and told me to check their website. BEWARE: The moment you challenge their decisions, they will drop your account rather than fix the problem. Unprofessional and deeply disappointing.
