I have owned a few pets and have visited different vets. I’m normally not one to post reviews because every company has a bad day once in a while. However my entire experience here here has been awful ! I found this place during the pandemic. I signed up for a paw plan for my kitten. The plan included getting her fixed . Worst vet ever. Tried after I moved to Richmond. In short, was overcharged, unfriendly people, and didn't diagnose dog's illness. Dr. Hunter was not accommodating when I tried to get my dog's records when I went for a second opinion. Wouldn't release her records until I spoke with him. Ridiculous! My brother used to go to this vet also. They changed after they had a scheduled time to come up their sick dog to sleep.
