Dr Mackin is the Best vet there. She went above and beyond for my little female shepherd who was very sick. She was courteous and understanding and still today helps us with our shepherds and a little crazy mix female dog. I recommend her by far for any treatments needed.

These people have saved my dogs' lives repeatedly... Most recently today. When we got to the vets office we opened up the hatch of our Subaru and our puppy bolted out into traffic. All the office staff came running out and helped distract our Josie enough that she came running back out of the street. We are so grateful to all of them.

I love this veterinary hospital, and would never take my pet anywhere else!!! I went to another vet locally and came here looking for friendly, compassionate people and found it at Countryside Hospital. If they tell you something about your pet you can know for sure it is correct. They take the time to really examine your pet to find out what is wrong. Their advice is spot on! I've taken my puppy three times for his routine shots. The office works exceptionally well in terms of scheduling and COVID-19 precautions. As an Infectious Diseases Physician, I like how they come out to greet and room you. Everyone wears a mask and I was pleasantly surprised at their good use of precautions on each visit. I visited them for the first time today when I brought my cat in to get a sore looked at. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly, and Dr. Loertscher looked at my cat very thoroughly before making a diagnosis. He was very knowledgeable and very kind, and my cat was treated very well. I'll definitely be going back!

During the coronavirus pandemic, they're offering curbside service. A tech comes out to your car and gets your animal, and the vet calls you on your cellphone. It worked great. I always get such great service from them, and I'm glad they figured out a way to take care of our animals during this tense time.

I love all the vets at this clinic. They've all gone above and beyond with everything from regular check-ups, my dogs teeth, new puppy health checks, end of life care for my senior dogs, and emergencies.
