After the lack of professionalism that I experienced yesterday, I do not recommend this office. My father was a doctor who had his own private practice so I know how a doctor’s office should be ran. Like others, I really like Dr. Pulliam and the nurse practitioners. The problem lays with the front office staff and the “office manager” Savannah. Very unprofessional organization. I worked here less than a month and within this month I was bullied by Hailey & Tasha, whom are the two back office Medical Assistants. Tasha would talk about almost each and every patient that came in in a very unprofessional manner. The way these two girls complained about working and servicing the children here is beyond words right now. My son been coming to them since he was born I have some major issues with this place start off that have given the wrong address to the insurance company which shows in the app for blue cross incorrectly. When I arrive to the office the lady who check you in very nice the office was nice and clean . However when We seen the doctor he rush us seem very arrogant . He was very short.
