5 Star : My Experience Overall the work was great! The time estimate was to have all the work done in one week (5 days). I dropped the truck on at 7:30am on Monday and the repairs took 7 business days (9 total days). 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Too soon to warrant a 10 as there are a few "bugs" to be addressed. However, overall quality of work was excellent 5 Star : Customer Service Monica Castillo, Estimator and shop foreman Fermin Aleman were both nothing short of professional. Also, shop General Manager Alvin ( last name escapes me) went above and beyond.
