There are not enough words to describe the qualities/attributes in the handling of my case (i.e. responsiveness, clear communication, compassion) keeping you updated throughout the entire time. Not helpful at all. Made excuses not to take my case. Perhaps, they wouldn't made enough money from the case. I do not recommend.
For the first time since my mom died, I felt like there was closure for her. When she was killed I first like the events that where in place were all wrong and no one really cared. The “team” at Crumley Roberts cared and I had some real heart felt conversations with the team there. Knowing that I would never get my mom back, the team there at least made her situation better.
