just wanted to share a story about my experience with the service staff at Crabtree Buick GMC. I was taking a trip to Alabama from Virginia Beach, when a had a mishap on interstate 81. Had been using Crabtree’s religiously for all my services/warranty for my 2020 Denali and now my wife’s 2023 Yukon Denali, meaning every 5000 miles was like clockwork on the oil changes and tire rotations. So I go on the app and schedule the next oil change, tire rotation and also it app told me there were 4 or 5 manufacturer recalls that needed to be done also. Crabtree is the ONLY dealership we will purchase from. We have purchased several vehicles over the years and always from Crabtree. They have ALWAYS provided excellent service. Their sales department might be good but the service department after the sale isn’t. Can’t ever get an appointment with them for simple work like brakes. I wasn’t asking for an engine rebuild, only brakes were squeaking and told me it would be nearly a month. No thanks.

I was greeted by a salesman (Nathan Smith) he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me a Acadia that met all our needs. My wife went up a few days later a was giving the keys to test out the vehicle with no salesman present. She loved the car so that’s the one we purchased. I truly appreciate the no pressure sales approach and I enjoyed working with Nathan. I will definitely be looking to buy my next vehicle from Crabtree.
