We had a really great dinner at this Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. The restaurant is kept clean and the store is well stocked with a huge selection of merchandise. The food is very good, not and fresh with a nice selection. The service here is also very good, friendly and attentive.
I would not recommend ordering delivery from this location. They were out of an item I paid extra for, and I did not receive any biscuits. The portions seemed smaller than in-store portions, too. I ordered two vegetable plates, and the corn and the carrots tasted as if they were dumped right out of a can. Dumplins were pretty good, as was the small portion of hash brown casserole. I was supposed to receive a free add-on of a piece of cake, but they didn’t send that either. I’m just happy my delivery service refunded me.
Friendly server. However, glass was dirty on outside. 4 of 6 bread plates were dirty. Food was good but could not get certain items as ordered. Manager was not helpful in correcting issues, but server was on top of things. Would I go back? Debatable.
I purchased the heat and serve dressing, and this is the FIRST year that it was convenient and actually ready to serve. They put a desirable amount of ALL the ingredients, which made cooking so much easier. I did add more sage as personal touch, but I am grateful that I purchased my dressing from Crackle Barrel this year!
Long wait. Sent my order to another table. Had to recook cook my order. Bacon under-cooked had to send bacon back. Recommend not to buy breakfast during lunch. Good part was the server was excellent.
