I've been ordering from here for years. Something has changed. I ordered beans & greens. No greens, no chow chow, no sliced onion! Also, ordered a salad and it came with no dressing.
Did not get Iced Caramel Latte or Fresh Strawberry Pancake Plate - nothing was sealed
The low star rating is not for the taste of the food. It was good, however, the ability to follow a simple order was lacking. I did not receive extra gravy that was paid for. I did not receive any butter or jelly with the biscuits. The bag was not sealed.
Mac n cheese and hashbrowns portions were abysmal for the insane price I paid. Portions should be the same.as they would be if I dined in. Chicken fingers were anorexic. Not CB's best effort. Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was good though.
catfish was good,no Tartar sauce. Mashed potatoes taste like cement, very little gravy. Okra good.
Rice undercooked, carrots completely watery canned green beans
This is the second night in a row that I ordered from this location. My dasher saved me the first night because she called me to let me know that they were out of Pot Roast. Cracker Barrel did not tell me anything & they were willing to send my food with just the sides, without the main course of Pot Roast. Communication is so important. The bacon was bland and very crispy.
the best part was the fries. unfortunately the Country Fried Steak left me feeling icky, it was extremely greasy. the bacon mac & cheese had no flavor despite the bacon and was extremely bland. the Mashed Potatoes with Brown Gravy was.. weird. potatoes were fine but the gravy itself tasted funky like it was old. the cornbread on the side was good! as were the fries & sweet tea. everything else was awful.
