Feasted on Saturday BBQ ribs with green beans and mashed potatoes. Biscuits and cornbread came with lunch. I tried a fruity spritz and beignets with cinnamon sugar and sauce. The server was marvelous and sociable. She took good care of me and a family member.
After several good uber eats orders from this location i decided to dine in the restaurant for the first time. The server was very kind about the bad food, but he was also very unknowledgeable about the menu itself and had trouble explaining and locating things on the huge menu to assist with. The menu itself also has a ton of items that arent available if you arent coming on a certain day or time of the week. The food all came out very cold and extremely dry. Great food and service and kind staff. Good prices and lots of parking once you find the back entrance. Best of all and free refills on warmer sausage gravy than the first round but I went after 1pm and before 3pm. Sausage patties were mehhh. Biscuits were good!
Store was clean. Staff was nice enough. The waitress was not the most attentive or pleasant. Our food took about 20 minutes to come out. There were about 6 other tables and plenty of staff for all. Our food arrived on cold plates. My aunt's eggs were supposed to be medium; the whites were runny. All the bacon was cold, greasy, and chewy. My French toast bake seemed like it sat out for 3 days then got nuked for 10 minutes, then let sit for another 10 minutes to get cold. Myself and a coworker came in for a meeting yesterday morning. The service was phenomenal, normally they’d have music playing in the dining room which makes its very loud but oddly today it was quiet. So it was the perfect atmosphere for a meeting. I’ve been coming to this Cracker Barrel for many many years and this probably was the best experience I’ve ever had.
