I ordered the sunrise special (pancakes and bacon) but specifically asked for soft bacon because I’m wearing bracing. The wait was very long and when my food arrived the bacon looked like it could stand on its own and had been cooked yesterday! It was so hard, I could crumble it. Totally unacceptable! I waited 30mins for this? The waitress quickly offered to replace the bacon. Great. Unfortunately, by the time I received the next order of bacon, I was done eating my pancakes. Upon entering we stood at the hostess station for 15 minutes before Hannah came over to take our order. We waited another 35 minutes for our food. I noticed that the done in customers had finished, paid, and left and we were still sitting there. Another server (Destiny) came over to address us about sitting at the table Hannah asked us to sit and wait for our To-Go Order. Rude, nasty, pissy attitude. First off our waitress Mary was awful. It took her forever to just ask if we would like a drink. The food was just a disappointment from start to finish. The only thing that was decent was the biscuits! Everything else was old, microwaveable nonsense! They have gone so far downhill.

Update Used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but the lines are so long many times and the one thing is very uncomfortable is that they don't have enough staff when there's no line or crowds making the service less efficient. A breakfast for two took us a bit more than two hours from the moment we sit to the time we left. We had to wait much more than usual to put the order, to get the food, to get the check, to get the to-go food, for everything... When I arrived I went into the restaurant and gave the young lady my name for a party of one. She told me that I could wait outside and that they will call me over the loudspeaker. I waited 30 minutes and no one ever called me. They said that the speaker was not working. The flooring is a bit slippery so it's not ideal for people who are older or maybe disabled.
