I thought the Crispy Homestyle Chicken, was going to be crispy but it wasn't just a big ole floppy chicken sandwich patty. Mashed potatoes were disappointing, no flavor whatsoever. The Pinto Beans & fried okra was the only decent thing on the plate.
Eggs were so runny I couldn't eat them. No butter included for Momma's French Toast Breakfast® and not enough syrup for the 4 pieces.
My burger is raw! I ordered well done!
For the amount the plates cost, the sides are tiny.
Very disappointing food. Have ordered many times from Cracker Barrel and always felt satisfied after my meal. Portions on this meal were amazingly small. It was like I was eating sides of food and never really got an entrée. Plus the food was not warm as it usually is. Chicken and dumplings was almost all dumplings. It used to be a nice size piece of a chicken breast. Lettuce on the salad was not fresh. All in all very very disappointing for the price I paid. This place is to overpriced! They don't give you much food & charge a lot!
the rice was not cooked. The rice was hard to chew like they didn't cook long enough.
My chicken fried chicken was soggy and nasty . My green beans had a stalk 2" long sticking out then tasted like yesterday's. Even my pie was disappointing
