The side orders were not as expected. There wasn't a lot of the sides but the rest was great.
The chicken was cooked well
The dipping sauce for the beignets was not sent which is a big deal for us. Everything else was good. I would like you to send multiple orders of grits & gravey in one container instead of,in this case,3 orders fit in one plastic container so using 6 containers when you could have only used 2 made no sense & it was wasteful. I love cracker barrel so this is not going to alter my love nor cause me to stop ordering.
I order this all the time and it's great, tonight there were no topoints, barely any hashbrown casserole and the steak just tasted like salt.Nor good at all.
The eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes were fine. Nothing special and tasted ok. The Sawmill Gravy is absolutely the most disgusting tasting I have ever had. The Buttermilk Biscuits (4) were hard as a rock. They were actually crispy on the top and the bottom of each were inedible. Probably won't be ordering from here for quite awhile. The last time I did there was also issues. I said at that time I wouldn't be back. Should have ordered from somewhere else this time!!
when I received my order my hasnbrowns were burnt. I called in to Cracker Barrel and Bobbi the manager (female) let me know that there was nothing she can do.
Forgot 1 side and the portions were very small with everything else. I eat from here often.
We didn't receive all of the food we ordered. We got pancakes but no sausage or eggs with the Momma's Pancake Breakfast® . Also, some biscuits were missing. Overall, the food was super delicious!
bacon was burnt the biscuits didnt seem fresh
