For the first time, I am unable to eat my hamburger steak from Cracker Barrel. The garlic butter used to cook it was so strong this time that it overpowered everything. It's never beenlikee that before. I am pretty disappointed. Also, they did not include the silverware I requested. The muffins and the Coke Zero were good.
There was hardly any food in box and it was very cold. I won't order again from this place.
The last time I ordered this it was perfect. This time everything was over cooked. The bacon wasn't soft, it was crispy, the eggs were over cooked with no flavor. The food was cold. Gross.
Steak was cold and chewy. At least it was pink
Chicken was dry and over cooked. Chicken and dumplings were dry. No gravy or sauce of any kind. Was disapointed
I love Cracker Barrel but unfortunately have to add them to the list of restaurants that does not check the accuracy of their orders before they go out the door. Not a single one of my handful of most recent orders has been correct - always missing something key. Today, I was looking forward to Cracker Barrel's Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage. It showed up with no gravy. Kind of ruins the meal.
They forgot an item in my order, but still charged me for it. Unfortunately, the food was not very good either. The mashed potatoes were just awful. Watery, lumpy, no flavor.
For slow cooked roast beef it was extremely tough. I feel like this location is just inconsistent . I've had it taste better but this time was a huge miss.
it took over a hour for the dasher to get order only to be told they were out of mashed potatoes so we had to get a substitute food and we didn't receive our fried apples the dasher did a great job of keeping us informed and I understand being short staffed and behind but still communication should have been better
