French Toast and Pancakes all burnt, missing one of the meals AND hashbrown casserole was cold. Steak fries were over cooked and crunchy like chips.

I ordered 45.00 worth of food the worst I ever ate looked like it was from yesterday and the biscuits were horrible I love Cracker Barrel but this was the worst
Food was cold and barely cooked!! Was very disappointed!!
Items were the right temperature and the Two Eggs*, any way you like 'em were cooked to perfection. However there was no syrup included with the pancakes. While I don't like Thick-Sliced Bacon crispy, this order was not cooked appropriately as the bacon was fatty and chewy. I usually love the Coarse Ground Grits but both bowls were drinkable. Very disappointing for the price.
Food was nearly inedible. Loaded Baked Potato looked like it was in an oven for a day. It was completely inedible. The Corn had bits of other vegetables in it. The Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders were extremely dry and stringy and I had to pick through them to find parts that were edible. The fries with the order were undercooked and soggy. Overall the food quality from this restaurant has been on a downward spiral for a little over a year now. I would recommend going to the one in Staunton if possible.
Eggs were so runny we couldn't eat them, wrong meat choice was delivered, and a whole item was missing from my order and the refund given was $2.68 and I was charged $8.44. Overall, terrible food and terrible door dash response.
The vegetables I ordered were severely over cooked and tasted horrible! Very metallic and completely inedible! The roast beef and potatoes were delicious though.
