Disappointing Experience at Cracker Barrel - Poor Customer Service from Server Shelley I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Cracker Barrel. Unfortunately, the poor customer service from our server, Shelley, overshadowed the food, making it a frustrating experience. Isaac was my server this evening and did a fantastic job. Very friendly and checked back with me several times to make sure I had all I needed. I was studying for a meeting and he allowed me to stay at his table a longer after I finished my meal. He even brought me another ice tea. Very pleasant experience and food was delicious!
We were seated rather quickly and was waited on immediately. Our food was brought to us within reasonable time. Server was friendly and helpful. We visited the gift shop afterwards and made some purchases, using the coupons I received. All in all food and gift shop were great!
Came here while visiting family over the summer. My meal was outstanding and the service was really good!
Very disappointed eating experience. Used to be one of our favorite places to eat. The waitress was fine, the waiting for our food was so long thought we might just leave. The food left a lot to be desired, the food was not hot and the portions were nothing like they used to be. What happened to the biscuits you used to serve? Very disappointed!
