The food was really good — everything came out hot and tasted fresh, just like you’d expect from Cracker Barrel. The only downside was the service; it was noticeably slow even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time. Still, the staff was polite and friendly once they made it to the table, and the overall experience was pleasant enough to earn 4 stars. I’d definitely stop by again, just hope for a little quicker service next time.
Outstanding customer service and family friendly staff members.. my slow braised pot roast and Lemon pepper grilled rainbow Trouts were delicious. Only negative things was; too little portions of rice and corns as sides.
Andrea (please forgive any misspelling) was our waitress and she did a phenomenal job. She was friendly, efficient, professional and detail oriented. She was helpful without being intrusive. She kept our drinks filled without being asked. She knew the menu, made recommendations based on her knowledge, received and delivered our food order accurately, and correctly added additional to go food items to our order upon request. She made our dining experience very enjoyable.
One of My Dad’s Favorite Travel Stops This spot is a must anytime we travel together—especially for my dad. I usually go for breakfast unless it’s Wednesday, because that’s when they serve the Broccoli Cheddar Chicken—hands down one of my favorite dishes. Honestly, it should be on the menu every day! The food was excellent! The service was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. My waiter was very good. He made sure I had everything I needed at all times. Need more waiters like him in general. Thank you for the great service and food. God Bless
