The food was excellent! The service was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. My waiter was very good. He made sure I had everything I needed at all times. Need more waiters like him in general. Thank you for the great service and food. God Bless
We ordered curbside pickup. The food was ready on time. The portions were generous. The food was hot , fresh & delicious! We consistently receive wonderful food from this location. They remembered all the extras like butter & jelly plus they included a few extra things like utensils in case we needed it. Well done!! We'll continue on to patronize this store!
Our server didn’t come to our table until the manager asked if anyone had been to our table. The manager took our order. We had waited 15 minutes. She found our server and sent him to our table. We waited another 30 minutes for our food, brought by another server. I had to ask a different server for a coffee refill, the only one I received. When we finished eating we finally had to get up and find someone to get our server to get our check.
Lately it has been necessary to be patient with dining out due to the reduction in workforce. This visit involved our food coming out 30 minutes after other members had theirs. The waitress seemed unconcerned and did not connect on food. One entree did not look appetizing- the chicken was grayish. Unfortunately we avoid going to crackle barrel for this reason. Service and food quality has not been consistent.
Would love some electric vehicle charging stations at this location. Thanks for being here anyway dish fry was great. 👍🏻
