Very disappointed in the Strawberry French Toast Bake. Most of the bread was outside crust, dry , extremely tough to cut or chew. Was like a bread that had been microwaved too long. Berries were fresh but that was the only positive. The portion given did not validate the $15 charged for this meal. The bacon was crispy as requested but the taste is off like on the verge of old bacon. Restaurant needs to up their game if they want to keep customers

The Tuesday special was great . The double chocolate Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was missing
Had it delivered and you pay over $20 for one meal and $19 for another. When it showed up It was missing my 2nd side and the other meal was missing the gravy. The mac and cheese was dry not taste. As much as you spend, Cracker Barrel should double check before your food is picked up. Not happy with their service .
Bacon was not fully cooked.
turnip greens tough and very little seasoning. seasoned rice had NO seasoning. tasted like plain white rice. fied apple, again, seasoning!! Y'all use to be better than this.😔
Almost always perfect but this time the fried chicken was not fully cooked :( I didn't get sick (Though I spat it out) but it was disheartening - still - one bad order out of 20 means I'll definitely try again, just a tad disheartening and gross
Meatloaf was okay, bland but good portion size. Mashed potatoes were runny, and more like unflavored soup. Greens were delicious, but only 2 spoon full. Macaroni was runny and seemed like it had not baked long enough or made with too much milk. Biscuits were overly dry.
You guys put American cheese on my eggs instead of Coby. I asked for two syrups. You only gave me one for three big pancakes. I even called up there three times and gave up my name and nobody put two syrups in my bag. This is all about customer service and paying attention and you guys failed today.
