I never have any problems with my food. This time the French toast was awful. No flavor at all it was a waste of money.
Food was cold. Serving of eggs and potatoes is my heart is very small. Pecan pancakes were good, but very cold. This was my second try is Cracker Barrel. I will not order from there again.

The mash was hard very hard even the gravy didn't move
The pancakes were cold, and my ice latte was separating by the time it got to me. The cinnamon roll ice latte didn't taste anything like advertised, and the blueberry pancakes taste bland and flavorless.
I ordered the Grilled Sirloin Steak* med rare. It was burned. I ordered a plain baked potato. It was loaded with just cheese and bacon. The packaging was horrid and the cake was destroyed. For the cost, this was an inedible mess. Will not be ordering from them again.
The food is great but a little upset that I paid almost $5 for too sausage patties.
Missing the Homestyle Chocolate Chip Cookies, gravy for both orders of the Chicken Fried Chicken, all the biscuits we hard. Very dissatisfied
