I called them to get clarification on my order and why it was missing items. They passed me around from person to person and never came back to the phone. Either they didn't pack all my food or my dasher ate half my food.
The chicken and dumplings were so salty and just inedible. Never had anything this bad from Cracker Barrel. Very disappointed
The order did not come with the Chicken Noodle soup bowl that I paid for & there was no butter for the biscuits. This generation of employees is so bad.
Iced Mocha. I ordered the Iced Mocha Latte. I don't know what this dreck is that was delivered. It's lukewarm and looks and smells weird. I took a tiny taste of it and there's a vague, bitter coffee flavor. I won't be drinking it. Coca-Cola® Flat, no carbonation
The potatoes with the steak were dry and steak was okay, a little tough though. Chicken and dumplings had a good flavor but was a bit runny. Mac and cheese was no more than a bland cheese sauce and pasta.
The country vegetable plate was not good. The pintos were so hard I could not eat them and the corn was not good. The biscuits and macaroni were good.
The meat was tough and chewy. The breads were dry. 2nd time I've ordered from this Cracker Barrel while staying in the area and both time disappointed!
