No cocktail sauce for shrimp.. so dry shrimp. Not enough syrup for pancakes. So dry pancakes.. also not sure what kind of syrup they gave? But it doesn't taste right. It's not their usual glass bottles, but a small amount in a plastic condiment cup. Okra has no salt or seasoning.. I thought they used to give jelly with biscuits, but no jelly.. But idk. I hate complaining but for the price like.. :(
The steak was perfect however I didn't get my biscuits or my broccoli. The receipt said they were out ok but it's a vegetable any would have been better than nothing
Food took an hour to get made and was somehow still cold when it got here. Otherwise it was fine. The food tasted good, except for the Iced Mocha . That tastew very watered down.

I usually get an egg sandwich in person in the morning. The a.m. cook knows how it's done. The p.m. cook staff must be horrible. The bread wasn't toasted, cheese wasn't melted into the egg and bacon. It was soggy like eating a sponge. Also, for over 4 dollars charged, they sent a little bitty squaty fountain drink. A route 44 at sonic costs less and is 3x bigger. The loaded hashbrown casserole was just not good. This was nearly 30 dollars to dash to be really bad.
Forgot two of our sides. This is a repeat issue with this Cracker Barrel. Commonly forgets a side, or gravy for chicken fried steaks and other dishes, or other items. I don't think we have ever gotten everything we ordered from them.
I ordered the Hashbrown Casserole Shepherds Pie, which is over $20. This is the amount of food I received plus exactly 1 bite I took before taking this picture. ZERO mashed potato's included, or any of the toppings it mentions in the description either. For $20 I just got some soggy hasbrowns with a few pot roast pieces drowning in gravy and a couple carrots. When I reported the issue, I could only get a $5 refund, so order with caution.
had craker barrel 2 times fom doordash but the drivers wasn't the problem it was barrel cuz both times I got thechicken fried chicken with gravy but both times they dint give me gravy at all chicken fried chicken istock supposed to have gravy and it lessened enjoyment of the meal...
Received meatloaf not chicken fried steak. Last 2 orders were also incorrect.
