This was the worst meal I have ever had at Cracker Barrel. They forgot my soup and when they did bring it it was only half way filled. The green beans (which are my favorite) were straight out of the can (I am not exaggerating). I asked the waitress and she said nothing has changed and didn’t offer to check. My chicken wasn’t grilled like normal either. Service was bad. They were extremely busy and I don’t think they had enough people working.
Went to Cracker Barrel for dinner on 5/10/25. They were moderately busy. Was seated in a very dark spot. Hard to read the menu. The server warned us immediately that he was busy and would bring drinks and biscuits. Drinks came quickly but biscuits took a half hour while other tables received several biscuit refills. Best server I have ever had in my life. He was amazing.He went above and beyond to help my mom, take a meal to my dad. When their power had been out, he offered up the $5 take home meals but he still heated it up even though they don't come hot and he included some biscuits and rolls with that. He was the best.
Our waitress, Heather, was amazing. Very nice and attentive. My husband and I both got the chicken dippers and were disappointed. They were hard. Neither one of us are all of our chicken. I've had them before and they have always been great. This was my husband's first time having them and he was definitely not impressed.
