The bacon had a weird taste to it ruined the whole meal for me
So I ordered Cracker Barrel because I really like their biscuits and nothing else was sounding good. I go. I pick up my order and I open it while I'm in the car. And I just start munching while driving. I ordered crispy bacon and I thought maybe it would be a little crispy around the edges or whatever but instead I got pretty much dehydrated bacon and it's splintered when I bit it, it was basically bacon jerky. there is no bowl of pinto beans. there wasn't even I mean this is barely a side. there is no bowl of beans here I've ordered it several times this is not what I got anytime
Food tasted like cigarettes and bacon was undercooked
The French toast tastes like grease and it was burnt.
Sorry fish was overcooked, no gravy one one mashed potatoes, they forgot all the corn muffins. Very disappointing, not tasty. The chicken & hash browns were delicious.
The Chicken n' Dumplins were way too soupy. The two sides I chose, corn and turnip greens, were delicious.
The french toast bake was hard, I couldn't even cut it. The mac and cheese was burnt. The chicken washard and overcooked.The gravy was skimpy amount and to thick.
