A poor meal, to call it a meal The potatoes were stiff/dry with a small portion of gravy. The chicken fried steak was over-cooked and tough. The waitress seated us elbows distance from other customers even though many tables were empty. She also brought the check immediately after serving our food, never checking on us.
Definitely a FAVE! Food, atmosphere, prices, variety, staff r fabulous. Eaten here every few months 4 last 10yrs. Always excellent. Love the Gift Shop... Make it a point to buy some fudge.

My daughter loves the grits with one packet of sugar.
I've been here once. About 5 years ago. I guess that's how much of an impression it made. There are a multitude of other restaurants in the same area, so when I have that many options, this place is not one I'll go to.
I like the atmosphere here and my fav sandwich is the BLT i would recomend it to anyone willing to try them out.
