Always great food love the chicken pot pie..
I recommend everything ...been eating here many years and have not been disappointed...chicken & dumplings are my favorite, but for breakfast, pecan pancakes!
Normally, I do not have an issue with Cracker Barrel nor this specific entrée however today's arrived less than half of a portion size than what they normally provide considering that I'm paying over $17 for this entrée that's ridiculous.
Country fried steak was flavorless. Mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like a mix. Thoroughly disappointed!
My first time eating cracker barrel and food was disgusting! The biscuits Buttermilk Biscuits (4) were good The pancakes were rubbery. the meat tasted as if you've given me the last of last week's meat. I can't explain it but it was distasteful.
The Old-Fashioned Lemonade was delicious but the Steak & Egg Hashbrown Casserole was super disappointing. The steak was overcooked and almost looked like it had been boiled. The meat was grey with a few places that looked like they had touched the grill. I literally ate around the meat it was so nasty. Best thing about it was the hashbrowns and the biscuits.
Forgot biscuits.... 2nd time this has happened.... don't order from here poor quality of food and expensive for what they slop on a plate for you... horrible... called to let the know and was met with very rude employee
I had to add my own strawberries because the ones that came with the pancakes were very old and had black spots and not edible at all. Very bland and not appetizing
Didn't get my sandwich right; how I wanted my eggs cooked and the bread wasn't even toasted. The other food I got, was bland (especially the steak tips) & very small portions! A shame this one Cracker Barrel ruins it for ya.
