Ordered burger medium and got charred.
It was almost an hour before the order the ready. The dasher waited for an extended period of time and reported that so many orders had been delayed that people were leaving. Our food arrived and had to be reheated due to being cold
The Chocolate Chip Pancake Plate was great with exception to one of the two the pancakes being burned and tossed.
Portion was small.. hasbrown casserole was hard and uneatable. Had one bite of ham and it was tough the pancakes had a garlic taste.. we eat from cracker barrel often but this was awful.
The rice and broccoli wasnt cooked all the way the way they both was hard as a brick not very happy about that
The soup was only half full, the chicken was red in the center and they did not send a spoon for the hal cup of soup!f
CARROTS AND BROCCOLI WERE NOT COOKED WELL. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN COOKED SOFTLY.
I ordered a chicken and dumpling meal and also ordered a separate side of fried apples. Instead of being on their own, the fried apples were packaged in the same container with dumplings and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. Everything ran together and I ended up with cinnamon dumplings and beefy apples. Nasty.
meatloaf was beyond burned on top.
