Ordered a few family breakfast feasts for take out Food was ok but the gravy was absolutely yucky. We love gravy. I've never tasted gravy this gross. Probably won't get breakfast from here again. The cute little syrup bottles they give was cool
The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Fish Friday Fried cod, with chicken and dumplings and hashbrown casserole and their homemade biscuits! The fish was so crunchy and delicious it was magnificent, the only thing that made it better was the tartar sauce that came with it Amazing! The chicken and dumpling i had as my first side was in my opinion the best chicken and dumplings that I have ever tasted! Cracker Barrell used to be my favorite place to grab a bite while on the road, or when we went to the bigger Cities that had them. I recently went to the one in Tulsa on Olympia Ave and was a little disappointed to see how the quality of food has gone down, and the service was meh. When cashing out, we were asked if we had refills. Usually we do on their sweet tea, but it tasted so off that day we only had one glass, that we didn't even finish. Warm welcoming place. It was packed at noon. About a 2 min wait. 15 for food. Food was fresh and amazing. The cream cheese pancakes are amazing. I forgot to take photo's.
I will never not love cracker barrel. I came for the country store (found the perfect easter outfits for the whole family for less than $100) and I stayed for a yummy brunch with my daughter. The service team in the store was wonderful and the food was great. That country store deserves an award for how beautiful and affordable it is! I love Cracker Barrel!
