The Carrot Cake tasted more like ginger bread and the cream cheese icing was grainy and a little too sweet. I usually love the Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake but it was very dry and the icing wasn't as good as I've had at other times. The **MONDAY ONLY** Chicken & Rice was excellent. The chicken was moist and tender. The gravy had a nice flavor as did the rice. The portion sizes were more like the old Cracker Barrel size. A definitely refreshing reversal of the new changes that were a complete failure.
the pot roast was excessively salty. so salty in fact I could not eat it
First, I love Cracker Barrel and always will. However, they dropped the ball this order. They forgot our biscuits, burned the bun on my daughter's burger and gave me the dried end piece of the meatloaf. Very disappointed after waiting 75 minutes for our order.
Every time I order a meal with pancakes this specific store never gives me the extra syrup I order.Or the butter. Or the silverware. Any Extras I order never get to me. This is the only problem I have, otherwise everything is great.
Love the bowl of pinto beans but if you order thru a delivery service you never get the onion and relish with it. It's happened 3 times now.

The chicken was super dried out could not even eat it.
They placed grilled chicken strips in my Chicken n' Dumplins instead of the usual type of chicken that's used? Very gross and rubbery.
when ordering 4 veggie plate one would think each item would take up 1/4 of the plate (container). lately i have not received 4 veggies, more like 3 to 3 1/2. i will not be irdering from Cracker Barrel again.
