Happy Happy It was a Saturday so I got the Chicken and Rice special. As usual...serving to feed 2!! The service was fast, friendly and pleasing. My food was hot and oh, so tasty. Just a walk away from our LQ hotel, which is always nice.
Good as Always I don't get to Cracker Barrel as much as I would like to, but my husband treated me to breakfast there over the Memorial Day weekend and as always the breakfast was excellent. You can't be the service at Cracker Barrel and the food is always good.
Big Portions to make you Bigger I try to keep my weight down, so this place isn't for me. The food is great, and that is why large portions make me eat more and more. Just look at America's obesity statistics. And we wonder why most of us are on medications for blood pressure and cholesterol!
Consistent Wish they would make grits and biscuits with more flavor but at least they are consistent! Love that you can order flavorless biscuits or yogurt with fruit.
Home cooking and good prices Always a favorite with my teenage daughter, we caught an early dinner at this Cracker Barrel on a Thursday afternoon around 4:30, no line, no waiting. Service was excellent and food was very good. The ribeye was just right and the country fried steak was very good.
